Quality Assurance Assistants ensure efficiency, quality and compliance of information. This position must validate information that is received is correct and compliant before releasing it to clients.

Responsibilities not limited to:

• Reviewing criminal information
• Interacting with suppliers and researchers to ensure turnaround time and quality of information
• Maintaining QA standards and objectives
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and investigating issues related to quality of information
• Status updates on information over 72 hours
• Contacting clients and updating
• General administrative duties
• Replying to clients inquiries
• Request status for orders in the 48 and 72 hour line

• 1-2 years related experience required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient computer skills
